Cookie Policy
This policy describes the browser storage and optional analytics used by this website. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
Data controller
Cookie-related processing is carried out by Subalta SRL, Rue de Belle-Vue 18, 1480 Tubize, Belgium, company number BE 1004.905.845. Contact: contact@subalta.com.
Your choice
Optional analytics stay off until you allow them. If you choose "Necessary only", no analytics tool is loaded and the website, the presentation video and the booking calendar keep working. Your choice, whether you allow analytics or not, is stored in your browser under subalta-consent-v2 with the date you made it, and is kept for six months. After six months, or if you clear your browser storage, we ask you again, and analytics stay off until you allow them. Returning to the site does not extend this period; only a new choice does. Like any website, this site still receives the technical information sent with every request, such as your IP address and the page requested, in order to deliver pages and protect the service. Our server also keeps daily statistics without cookies, such as the number of pages delivered and errors. They contain no visitor identifier or individual browsing history, and work whether or not you allow analytics. See our Privacy Policy.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, this site loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. It sets two cookies on this site, _ga and one whose name starts with _ga_, to recognise your browser between visits; Google requests a lifetime of up to two years, which some browsers shorten. Google Analytics receives the pages you view, without their parameters except the campaign values described below, the domain of the website you came from, the page title, technical information about your browser and device such as language and screen size, your approximate location (country, region and city), which Google derives from your IP address without storing it, and your actions on this site, such as the links you select, the sections you reach, the questions you open, scrolling, opening the booking calendar or changing a pricing option. Google keeps these analytics data for 14 months. Google signals and advertising personalisation are turned off, and advertising storage remains denied.
Campaign links
If you allow analytics and arrive through a link that carries campaign information (utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign), this site keeps those three values for the current browser session under subalta-attribution-v1. They are added to analytics events and to links towards the Subalta application. Other link parameters, including advertising click identifiers, are not read, and nothing is kept before you allow analytics.
External booking
When you select "Book a demo", this website loads the Cal.com booking interface in an embedded popup. Cal.com then receives the technical information required to display available times and processes the details you submit under its own privacy terms. The booking interface is not loaded before you select the booking action. Booking works whether or not you allow analytics. If you have allowed analytics, this site records that a booking was completed, without your name, email address or notes.
Withdrawal and your rights
You can change your choice at any time with the button above; this page is linked from the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, this website stops sending data to Google Analytics, deletes the analytics cookies it can access and forgets the stored campaign values. Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before the change. For questions or to exercise your data protection rights, contact contact@subalta.com.
